Welcome to the homepage of the RSKKR.
This is an International Association of Shian Toma's original organization, Zen Okinawa Karate Kobudo Toide Renmei (ZOKKTR).
We are in the service to the karateka who train and perpetuate the art of Seidokan Karate as established by Sensei Shian Toma.
This governing organization will set and oversee the standards throughout all RSKKR dojos.
