1 October 2008 - Shian Toma gives Ron Nix permission to establish the Ryukoku Seidokan Karate and Kobudo Renmei (RSKKR), an association created to perpetuate the spirit and legacy of Toma’s Seidokan karate and kobudo forever.
It welcomes all students with a heritage to Sensei Shian Toma and his All Okinawan Seidokan Karate Kobudo Toide Renmei.
