Karateka membership to the Ryukoku Seidokan Karate Kobudo Renmei is encouraged if you are an Okinawan Seidokan Karate practitioner with a verifiable lineage back to Sensei Shian Toma.

Requirements for Full Membership for Karateka to the RSKKR:

1) To be in good standing within the Seidokan community.
2) Verifiable lineage to Sensei Toma.
3) Sincere desire to preserve Sensei Toma’s legacy.
4) Commitment to attend most RSKKR Seminars, Camps, and other events.
5) Commitment to propagate the Seidokan Family of Martial Arts according to guidelines set down in RSKKR standards.
6) No felony records.
 

Requirements for Dojo Membership in the RSKKR:

1) To be in good standing in the local community where the dojo resides.
2) Sensei and dojo heads have a verifiable lineage to Sensei Toma.
3) Sincere adherance to RSKKR standards for etiquete, training, and testing standards.
4) Representation at most RSKKR Seminars, Camps, and other events.
5) Dojo membership is considered as two or more Seidokan karateka training regularly for the purposes outlined in Toma's Dojo Kun.
